Professor Lyesse Laloui, a member of the Earth and Cosmic Science section has been named the 2026 Kimberly-Clark Distinguished Lecturer by the International Society for Porous Media (InterPore).

Prof. Christopher D. Clark is awarded the 2025 Ralph Alger Bagnold Medal by the European Geosciences Union for fundamentally advancing the understanding of glacial landscapes, landforms, and geomorphological processes.
